sandbox_import

Import a Discord attachment into the workspace. For a historical attachment, provide its attachment_id and original message_url. The original message is fetched to renew expired CDN URLs; no reupload is needed while the message and attachment remain accessible. Then use sandbox_inspect for images or video. If the attachment is indexed locally, its message can be found automatically.
